Valentine's 50 Update

We have reached a sellout in all age divisions (except 8U), and we have a waitlist started.  

We will begin to confirm teams, and move teams to the waitlist in early November.  You can check to see the status of your team by checking the team list for your age division on TourneyMachine. 

( ) If you have not paid your deposit or total entry fee, your spot will be held for 7 days.  After 7 days, your team will be moved to the waitlist when we reach the limit of paid teams in your age division (or deposits received).  You will see NO STAR by your name on TourneyMachine, indicating we have not received your deposit or entry fee.

( * ) Your spot will be temporarily held if you have paid your deposit. You will see ONE STAR by your team name on TourneyMachine.   Your spot will be guaranteed until 60 days prior to the event.  Your spot can be held for an additional 29 days by contacting me directly with payment arrangements.  

( ** ) Your spot will be locked-in, and you are good to go for the tournament when your entry fee is paid in full.  You will see TWO STARS by your team name on TourneyMachine.

Please rest assured, we will double check all credit card payments before moving any team to the waitlist.  

Also note, the mail system is extremely slow. We received a check on October 14th that was sent September 8th, for the Fall Slam.  So if you are sending a check, please get into the mail ASAP as the delays are out of our control, as well as out of your control.
